Teen Tyme Productions, Inc. teams up with KHPK TV Channel 31.3 Dallas-Fort Worth

 Teen Tyme Productions, Inc. teams up with KHPK TV Channel 31.3 Dallas-Fort Worth to enhance television viewing for teens and provide positive programming.

 Launch Date for “Just Teens” in the Dallas-Fort Worth market: Saturday, July 9, 2011 @ 9:30am (CST) KHPK Channel 31.3.

 
       (Dallas-Fort Worth, TX) July 4, 2011.  Just Teens TV, a popular news, information and educational show that empowers youth by showcasing their talents and providing a forum to discuss issues and current events that are important to them, today announced they are expanding their market to viewers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area this Saturday, July 9, at 9:30am on KHPK-
TV 31.1.

         For the past 13 years, the show’s producers, Teen Tyme Productions, has impressed upon viewing audiences the importance of high standards, meaningful morals, valuable virtues and priceless values through this program.

         “We are very excited about introducing Just Teens TV  to the Dallas-Fort Worth market,” said Stacey Spencer, show founder, host and producer.  “Our mission ‘to educate, encourage and empower the youth of today to be the leaders of tomorrow’ has been well received in other markets and we feel this is a crucial time to reach out to Texas teens.”

         The initial launch of Just Teens TV on KHPK-TV 31.1 in Dallas-Fort Worth will feature an in-depth interview with former New York City drug lord Anthony Walker, who used to earn more than $50,000 a week selling crack cocaine on the streets.  Today a motivational speakers and up and coming best-selling poet, Walker will talk candidly with Just Teens host Stacey Spencer and young people who attended a “Seminar of Hope” series presented by Teen Tyme Productions at Wildwood Recreation Center in St. Petersburg, Florida - Fall 2010.

         “With so much violence, negative messages and bad behavior being shown on television these days, we’re thrilled to provide a positive alternative to young people who don’t engage in destructive behavior and hope by doing so, we reach teens who will reconsider their attitude and reject negative influences,” said Spencer.  “Our entire team is honored to serve all youth by providing positive television programs through the wonderful vehicle of broadcast media.”

         In an effort to reduce juvenile delinquency through effective prevention, intervention and positive television programming, Teen Tyme Productions through its successful media initiative Just Teens TV  focuses on timely issues such as bullying, alternatives to zero tolerance, disproportionate minority contacts in order to education and empower youth about the importance of staying in school.
